Only flies 3 times

The dron don't turn on any more
Battery it's full charged

How can I reset it?
Or how can I to turned back again

I bought H37 drone from Amazon recently.
I could delete the photos in document (album/video) in the App, but how to delete the vedio as there is no dustbin?

I've problem selfie drone H37.
- I can connect to H37 BUT I can't control it.
-I can see picture from drone BUT I can't start drone.
-Drone have light BLINK so fast.

I purchased the above drone and received it last week. I set up the drone and excitedly went out doors to try out my new drone.
Sadly when I advanced the throttle, it failed to rise up but flipped backwards and landed on the top of the drone. I tried a second time and the same thing occurred.
I stopped trying it and took it in the house and checked the props were on right (they were) and moved the Battery to the center top of drone for balance. I took it outside and tried again and the same thing happened, It flipped again backwards and landed on the top of the drone.

I'm so very disapointed, I purchased this new from Gearbest, and when I sent a work order to them they stated they did not warranty this item, and that they would try to help me if I did a video.

It was a brand new Drone, I would think that someone should be able to help me figure out what was wrong so I can hopefully fix it. I didn't want a refund only want my drone fixed.

If you would be able to help me with what might be the issue .. I would be greatly appreciative. I do YOUTUBE reviews, and I don't want to give a bad reference on the drone without giving it a full chance.

Hi since updating to the latest version of the app for my elfie I can connect to it but the camera doesn't show on the screen and the up arrow no longer starts the propellers. Do you have any suggestions please
