Hi,i bought your h36 quadcopter through amazon on 11.june 2017 - but we just opened it today as it was a present for my son. He was very happy flying it at first but then suddenlt one of the red cords snapped and one of the rotors stopped working. I cant understand how it was possible for it to snap like that as he was only flying the copter inside. I can send a picture of this if necessary- the only explanation i can think of is that it was faulty in the first place. What i want to know is does the quadcopter have any kind of warranty? Or can the cord somehow be replaced or fixed? Thank you!

I was given a H20W FPV drone recently but am unable to get the app to connect.
I have tried the following Apps,
JJRC
JJRC FPV (Said to use this one on the box)
JJRC_UFO
JJRC FLY TANK

Each time i made sure i was connected to the drones WIFI .
The App just remains on the connecting screen.

I have tried this with 2 phones (Oneplus 1 and Oneplus 2) and a tablet (Samsung SM-T555)

Can you please advise how to get the App and FPV features to work.

1. The wall climbing car. is about 5% wall climbing car stuck in the wall, can not forward and move. Do you have solution for that? I can not sell wall climbing car that can not climb. Please fix this issue in the next

2. The JJRC H26WH, I just sell this type of drone. before this there is no complain. but lately some people complain that the jjrc lost contact with the remote. they have lost the drone. you have to fix this issue or I have to change some product to sell

3. same product, JJRC H26WH, I have some drone can not start. The camera can be controlled with the remote but it won't start . Do you have solution?

My JJRC H37 have problem. One motor cant stop and spin till the battery is in drone. What should I do ?

I have a H37 foldable drone. I need to replace a barrel shaped gear that is ran by the motor to the round propeller gear. It seems the gear is slipping on the motor drive shaft. Who or where do I need to contact to buy replacements
