The sound from the speakers can barely be heard and the volume buttons are not increasing/decreasing the sound. Product is brand new. We have tried charging multiple times and replacing batteries.

Well ever since I bought drone I been having issues with turning drone when flying ..When flying the drone the turning slower then it should. When turning drone it turns slower then it should and when turning it makes wide slow turns. And just to let you know the 3 speeds works fine .it's just when you turn it' turns slow and wide turns . I love this drone I just need help with trying to fix it. Will resetting the remote help ? And if so how do I reset the remote ? Please help thank you . John Tabor

The forward right hand motor has stopped working properly. It works intermittently and too slowly to lift the model. Is it possible to replace it, and how would I do it?

Only 1 of the rotors will operate, strange whining noise coming from other rotors.
