I bought my son a Smart Robot for Christmas. And when I went to charge the battery like it asked to do before you use it. The charger doesn't work, it doesn't light up when you plug it in. I also bought a different color one for my other son. And his charger is lighting up and is working. Is there anyway you can send me a new charger so that I can have a working Robot that I paid good money for.

Hi my son got this toy for Christmas I don't know what store my friend got it from but being a present my son unboxed it so the box it came from only half is left(kids rip boxes open trying to find out what surprise awaits) problem started as soon as he turn it on the sound is seriously very loud and disturbing you cannot understand a word he says like if the speaker is damaged even though it's new. And I wanted to check with you as to see if there's any manufacturer warranty for this product to get a replacement thank you for your help.

speaker not working .. doesnot get loud we can hear it but far away .. volume does not go up
