B motor not rotating. Does not turn on or even attempt to turn.

i just bought 2 new batteries.. how long does it take to fully charge a battery and is it normal for 4 red blinks while charging?

Since a few months I could not connect HFun fly application with my drone, I tried several apps but none of them work.
I can search the drone's wifi but can't connect the phone to WIFI.
There isn't an error message that "This WLAN network has no Internet access.

What can I do?

Good day , i charged my battery fully on my x9, when flying my drone the battery drops to 10% in a few seconds and the drone lands then the battery goes up to 100% again, any idea what will cause this ?

JJRC X17 V2 drone fly itself (A15_5G_6K_6514a2) unexpectedly gone missing. (all function on remote calibrated accordingly)
i also bought a 2nd drone(A15_5G_6K_629e76) after returning home, the drone fly itself and i managed to stop it when pressing return home but the drone stop and did not come back to take off position about 150m away.

Also have a friend lost 4 units of jjrc x17 v2 drone similar to my experience.

Please advice me how to solve this problem, may be need flash update, there's a bug in your software.
