I was flying the drone, and it suddenly when in a random direction. The camera turned off, and the return to home button did not work, and I cannot find where it went, is there a noise it can make when lost or is there a possibility for replacement?

Please advice the drone would not rise up flying just over a couple of inches . It hovers at that altitude, responds to controller commands of left right hover circular motion but do not gain any altitude. I did calibrated Compass Geomagnetic and Gyroscope Calibration as per manual, the drone connects properly to phone and controller flight mode 2 no geofence is used . the altitude distances locations on remote show 000 values and finds 9-12 satellites. Any advice I would appreciated it is been used only two days

Dear JJRC, I bought my "JJRC X12" Drone something like 3 month ago. Last week, I was controlling it via Controller, but it was also connected to the Phone via the "Enjoy Fly" application. The drone had the Green light always on, which means that the connection to GPS is stable. When flying, I moved the controller towards me so that the drone would fly in my direction, and suddenly it started flying the other direction. I immediately hit the "Return To Home" button for 2-3 seconds, but the drone didn't react and just flew away. After that, in maybe 4 seconds the connection was lost. I have checked the way it flew in the Phone, but there was no marked path even though GPS was on everywhere. I have tried to search for it via WLAN connection then, and I have asked everyone who was near me. No one heard anything and I could't find it. Normally, it comes back when it has lost the signal, but I have waited for 2 hours, and there wasn't anything. Is there any option that you send me a new one, or I get a refund? Thanks

I can get the drone to the press the red button and the motors unlock and rotate a few seconds. After the motors stop i pushed the one-key takeoff/landing button and nothing happens. Not sure what to do now. Thanks
