I plugged the robot in to charge it and it immediately started repeating an incomprehensible phrase, then started smoking. I had to pour water on it outside to get it to stop. VERY scary! Please look into this!

I need to purchase a charger for the batteries. I had an issue with my charger not charging correctly. And I cannot find a link or anything on online to renew one. I also had to throw out a battery due to it over swelling only after using about six flights.

Hi. Some time , the drone land correctly but 2 engines keep rotating for a while.( engines of same side, normaly right)
Some time drone takes off correctly with GPS ON but he starts moving sloiwly alone to 1 side. It start to be difficult to control.
Once happened red lights flashed 5 time( ultra-sonic problem).

I’ve flown my drone once and the battery expanded in drone ?? I’ve not over charged or stored the battery improperly I’ve had this drone for one week ? Please help Thk you

Will not show wifi name on phone so can’t pair. Have fully charged the battery. I have an iPhone 12 with 14.7.1 firmware.

JJRC X9 takes off and shuts off immediately.

After turning on the drone, the controller and launching the app, their WiFi networks (drone-xxxxx and controller-xxxxx) don't appear on my Redmi 8 smartphone WiFi list.
I tried to reboot the phone, update the system but nothing helped. Same happens on my Huawei T5 Tablet.
Any solution?
