The drone flies away without instructions. It takes all the directions it shouldn’t go. Going up and down goes fine, Rotating around it is own vertical axle goes fine. But left/right and forward/back doesn’t work well. If you keep forward pressed, it continues to give more power on the front engines, with the result it flips over and crashes..
I have provide banggood with information within a month after receiving. They wanted a video and now I send the video, they say it is to late, however I reported the problem in one month. I am very sad, because I have chosen this drone of his qualities. I have special followed a course for it, as Europe’s law instructs.

The battery is not charging! I'm using the cable it came with and tried many different ways of charging (outlet with appropriate 5-11v capacitor and usb plugin to multiple computers.) the battery came half charged and works fine, but it will not charge. I pluged it in immediately after receiving the drone. please help!!! thank you.
