The camera starts to jerk left and right (around the longitudinal axis of the drone) when the drone is turned on. The camera does not move up and down on command from the control panel. A bundle of thin wires sticks out from behind the camera block. The camera takes photos and videos normally.

Hi, according to EU rules any product such as this must have a user manual that corresponds to the exact version/model of the product. The manual that comes with this particular drone is not correct - fx. information on indicator light colors is completely wrong, as it states that any solid red light means error - but for this particular drone it actually means that it has been correctly set up when you have solid red and solid green front and back respectively. Please provide a correctly corresponding manual, or I will have a talk with a EU consumer law official.
