The controller cannot move up down the cimbal. I fly it but it cannot control the cimbal which is not stabilised as well.

I am just wondering how to TRIM the remote/drone if its slightly drifting to the Left/Right. Checked the manual and its written that I should press the right joystick down, then trim the directions. If I press the right joystick, there is no "click" sound like with the left joystick. Also the TRIM seems not to work. Should the remote click also on the right joystick and maybe its faulty?

Got this drone for my wife. She was flying it not sure if she bumped the GPS switch or not but it ended up in a tree. Got it out but now it has trouble with stability and drifting has GPS on enuff satellites but still have that drifting and stability issues. Is this covered by warranty or can I send it somewhere to get fixed? We love this drone got her dji mini 2 she loves it too but. Loves the ease and how fast the set up is on her x11 drone please let me know what I can do to fix this .thank you for your time and assistance
