I was flying my x12 today and suddenly it lost control about 50 meters away and plunged into the water. Why would this happen? Now I have no drone.

The remote no longer makes the boat turn. It only goes forward and backward. Can I get a new remote?

I have charged the Blue Crab battery. I have downloaded the JJRC app (AppVer: 3.0.4) to my iPhone 11. I pressed the power button on the Blue Crab and the 4 LED lights light and blink, first fast, then slowly. I pressed the connect button on the JJRC App. The App shows the controls on the top but the upper right shows OFF. If I press the OFF button, it changes to ON and the flight controls appear. Nothing I push makes the propellers start. What am I doing wrong?

Nor the Drone nor the RC Connect to the app. I can Connect the wifi without problems but the app never connects.

I have flown the drone 3 times. One of the batteries split open where it clips together. Will you replace it? Do you want a picture?

Hallo, die Drohne lässt sich nicht richtig steuern. Satelliten werden 12 Stück angezeigt, Kalibrierung wurde durchgeführt. Die LED an der Drohne ist grün. Nach dem Start treibt die Drohne trotz GPS sofort ab. Der Händler (Zayoy) verlang, dass ich die Drohne nach China zurück sende, obwohl sie aus Deutschland geliefert wurde. Dies ist leider wegen den Akkus (Gefahrgut) nur zu Preisen über 140€ möglich. Macht also keinen Sinn. Können Sie mir helfen ?

My JURC H43WH is not working properly, when I connect it with my phone and click on fly button the fan spins for like 2 second and after that the fan stop though the camera and led still works, if I turn it off and then turn it on same thing happen... my drone also has full charge. can you please tell me why does this happens?
