A few months ago I bought the JJRC X17 drone from an online shop in Indonesia. at the beginning of use there was no problem, it's just that the video coverage distance was not as far as I imagined, 200m of the signal had been cut off. Now there is a problem in the gimbal, it doesn't move at all when calibrating. The PCB indicator light above the gimbal flashes red blue alternately. camera not working. What causes it and how to solve it? Please help
note: the drone never crash. Casual flight and normal use only

I bought a R11 robot in January and I opened the box just today. When the robot runs out of power, I was looking for the charger in the box but I could not find one. Because it's is after the return/exchange period, I could not request for the missing charger. Can you please send me one? If you need to charge me for it, please let me know how much it would be. When operating "Follow me" it's not responding and it's only hovering in mid-air and not moving and also it's not recording in when using SD card
