Hello. My son got a jx02 helicopter as a gift 3 days ago. The first day as he was flying it, the power surged and the helicopter was out of control. It went up, hit the ceiling and fell to the floor and crashed and one of the yellow side propellers broke off. My son has lots of experience flying helicopters so this was very surprising that this happened. As he just got this helicopter he was very disappointed that this happened and that it broke so easily. Is there anyway this can be fixed? Thank you.

Hello, I have bought a JJRC X9PS and when the package has arrived, both in the manual and in the battery compartment, it indicates X9P. They sent it to me wrong, right? unless you confirm to me that it can really correspond. Thanks

I have charged the batteries completely full. When I turn on the drone it doesn't go into calibration mode. It just flashes solid red then goes out and repeats every few seconds. The app shows that the battery of the drone is full as well as the remote. The remote only shows the remotes battery life and nothing for the drone. What do I need to do to fix this? I've only flown it a couple times.

One of the propellers when I screw on and I broke one of the landing arms please is it anyway I can get fixed I I love my drone

When a fully charged battery is inserted into the drone and the battery button is log pressed to activate the drone, the drone lights briefly turn on and then get immediately turn off. Both the drone battery and controller battery are fully charged.
