I gave it to my eldest son, because I have 3 as a new year gift, and yesterday afternoon when he performed a flight without the GPS on and without the necessary experience he lost the drone falling on some houses or apartments that did not we were able to locate. We live in Brazil, more precisely in the state of Ceará. I would like to inform you that I am not in any condition to purchase another drone, as I do not have enough money, as it was months of savings to give my son gifts, remembering that the drone, besides amusing my son, was also the family's joy at the end of week. I would like to know from you, if there is a possibility of receiving from you a new drone which would make my son and the whole family happy again. Will I have this happy opportunity? hi I bought the M03 helicopter but after a couple of flights it suddenly stopped working. the motherboard as soon as I insert the battery does not show signs of life and the LEDs remain off. i tried to change motherboard but it still doesn't work. what can it be? Best regards

Bought my x12 Jan 2020, only flew a few times. Went to charge the batters after sitting for the winter and both batteries have swollen out of their case, they are not usable. I would like 2 new batteries as I feel you sold a defective product. Thanks
