The battery does not respond when pushing the back button. When connected to the charger the light flashes green. This unit is brand new, never flown. I believe the battery is faulty.

I bought it from Banggood and they are refusing to refund, replace, or help, all they have said is to send it China.
I just want a working drone, and they can't tell me what is wrong with it, please help.
What is causing this fault, and how do I fix it.

I am unable to get the drone to pair with the remote. I have done some research online and have found that many users are experiencing the same issue. Do you have a solution? The steps I take are as follows: Power on the drone. Power on the Remote Control. The lights never turn green but remain flashing blue. I have allowed it to run until the Remote and Drone power down on their own. The software states that the drone is not connected. On one occasion I managed to get the drone to connect to my iPhone only but it refused to take off besides telling me it was ready for take off and I started the process but the drone never started. Please advise.
