Good afternoon, I got this drone for Christmas and I am trying to get it to operate. We have the controller which is fully functional as well as all the other parts. Everything on the controller is working just fine, the lights on the drone are flashing, and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. Please get back to me on this ASAP. Thank you, and have a great day! Hi, I have emailed you several times about this problem and sent you a video as you requested but still no response. Here is my problem; I have had the X6 drone for about 18 months and it has started to fly erratically. It started loosing control occasionally buy recently it flew ok for about 1 minute and then completely lost control, not responding to any controls. Now it will not connect to the transmitter at all - I just get alternately flashing lights. I have fully charged batteries and have followed the instructions carefully on setting up, connecting, calibrating gyros and flying but with no luck. Please can you help me as I do not want to just throw it away. Thanks Steve Puttrell

Good morning from Spain! I have a JJRC X7 and it does not load the engines, it stays in "in preparation" all the time and does not advance. I see that it does not take satellites. Could it be that? and how could I fix it?

After attempting to resolve the issue with Amazon's customer service rep, he sent me to the manufacturer's website. His diagnosis is that there is a problem with the drone's stabilizer. The drone no longer holds its position in air correctly, and will increase/decrease altitude and wobble. This is after replacing the blades and guards, long-pressing the speed control button, and resyncing the controller and drone. The item was purchased on Nov. 27, 2020.

Hi, the drone came with a 3.7V 750 mAh battery but after only one use the battery is severely swollen (i think it was swollen when it arrived ) and only lasts for a couple of mins... can you send me a name / link for the correct replacement, I'm based in Taiwan.
