As i was flying the drone the clockwise 3 screws came loose and the drome crashed i found the drone and the motor that came loose the wires to the drone twisted off very short. I dont have the tools avaliable to install a new motor or even to order a new motor please advise of what i can do I Love to fly your drone, and Iam limited as what on what i can spend on getting it to fly again

I have 2 batteries and both of my batteries have swollen and i can not fit them in drone or charge them. Can i get a replacement? only used a few times and were stored in the case indoors a few months ago and now they are no longer able to fit or power the drone.

Hi as I was flying my drone the screws came out of the brushless motor to secure it to the arm the prop spin around and twisted off the wires I found the drone that crashed and the motor and prop the small screws were still in the drone but the wires that power the motor were twisted off short I have had the drone approximately 2 weeks my question is what can I do to get it operational again? Other than the problem I love the drone

Bonjour, je possède un JJRC X17 depuis environ 17 mois, il a très peu volé, car j'ai eu beaucoup de soucis avec, le premier c'était un flyaway, il c'est craché, j'ai remplacé les hélices, fait un calibrage, mais volé très mal, sur la vidéo je vois qu'il passe de 17 satellites a 5 en 1 seconde, je commande donc un module GPS, mais cela ne change rien, je commande donc un module compas, le drone d'école mais en mode satellite tourne tous doucement sur son axe vers la droite. Je coupe le GPS et vol juste avec le compas, et la il fonctionne bien et reste stable. Je recommande donc un module GPS qui met plus d'un mois a arriver, mais la j'allume le drone mais la télécommande ne reconnaît plus le drone, plus de liaison entre les deux, la télécommande indique que la batterie du drone est à zéro pour cent, j'allume la télécommande puis le drone il sonne normalement tilili ti li, toujours aucune liaison entre le drone et la télécommande, le drone peu rester allumé 20min mais il trouve 0 satellites, je remet le compas puis le module GPS d'origine, j'allume le drone, et la plus que 4 bip le dernier ne sonne pas et les LEDs des bras sont éteints, je le redémarre encore et encore, mais plus de 5eme bip a l'allumage de la batterie et les LEDs des bras toutes éteintes. Voilà, je ne sais plus quoi faire, il a du voler 30min en tout, et la, il ne réagit plus, que dois je faire, pour qu'il puisse refonctionner ? Remplacement de la carte mère ? I purchased the Aurora x12 drone kit and paid extra to upgrade with 2 batteries. I test flew the drone ONE time. Since that time, it has been stored in my climate controlled home. I got it out to fly it now and BOTH batteries are so swollen that the cases are broken open. Will you replace these defective batteries?
