Upon receipt, I followed the instructions and calibrated the drone to the controller, downloaded the app to my phone, and charged it. Everything seemed to be working fine and I went outside to try it. It lifted and immediately took off, and wouldn’t not respond to the remote controller actions I was taking. It just flew away and now it’s lost. I believe the remote controller is defective. I’m writing you because both the seller and eBay said there’s nothing they can do. In fact, they both said I should contact the manufacturer. I would like to request a replacement product. If required, I can send you the remote controller and accessories for your records

just bought a brand new and won't charge. as I plug in the charger a red light goes on for 5 seconds and then goes off

this is a great drone, i was just wondering if it is possible to purchase a battery that enables longer flight time, and i was hoping i could purchase a 3xis gimbal w 4k camera that will fit this drone thank you for your support and thank you for making a good drone
2月份买的，4月份就坏了，130块钱就玩了10次质量太差，玩了几次就坏，插上电池闪一下灯，然后就没反应了
