We just got the drone we ordered and despite all our tries, the drone is not flying correctly.

Hello customer support, the right hand side of my remote controller stick moves my Drone in the opposite direction .In mode 1 or 2 . When i move the stick forward my Drone goes Backward. I got your web site from the back of the manual that came with the Drone. Can this problem be corrected?

Hi My X11 doesn't hold its location it wonders off. With having 10+ satellites and low wind when trying to take a picture it moves away.

The drone does not show any wifi signals. I have a 5g wifi compatible phone and it does not show up. I have tried on many different phone and it does not show up.
all four lights 2 red and 2 blue are solid. But I just can't get the drone to start turning its propellers using the remote.
The remote and the Drone are definitely connected but I can't get the remote to start the propellers to spin.
Batteries are fully charged, GPS is on and calibrated.l

I just got this drone this is the second one the first one worked perfectly I gave that to my brother and got me one today is the second day I was flying it the jjrc epix came in damaged the camera was not connected properly and one of the legs was broken It worked good the first time today i took it up has good gps signal and full battery it fell out of the sky and is now broken it definitely malfunctioned I would like to get contacted about this I have invested quite a bit into this product and to have it less than a month and it already has problems is bad.
