The drone will not turn on. After pressing the battery button the rear led flash green once. The drone does not show up on the controller or phone. I recently got a second x9ps and it does the same thing. What am I doing wrong?

Is there some way for me to set parameters for dropping frames vs listening to controls (priority of the radio bandwidth)? Right now it drops about 85% of all video and it does not store any onboard the device. I would rather capture more video and lose some control capability.

Is there an emergency stop button? I have noticed when the drone crashes and the blades hit something the stop button does not stop the drone. What am I doing wrong?

I received a X9PS drone but when I turn it on, it is only blinking red and blue lights. I can't view the wifi drone signal (drone-xxx). I only view the controller wifi signal. I have an older version X9 and I have no problems with it. Do you know what is the problem? Thanks

The front right (B) fan blade doesn't rotate smoothly, so the drone cannot take off. I need a substitute motor for the blade.
Now the model is so old that we cannot buy one as a parts in Japan. I would very much appreciate it if you could
give me one as free service,

The right hand of the controller in MODE #2 is in reverse. forward is down ,down is forward,Left is right , right is left. Can this be fixed?

when i was flying the drone it was linked up to 12 satellite drone then took of by it self went right in to a tree and crashed now it has solid red lights the manual says it is an error i just received it a few days ago is there anything you could do for me
