Upon startup of drone, immediately after pressing ON button on battery, the lights of the drone remain red. Cannot calibrate at all. Led lights never go blue or green but remain solid red. Why? Is the drone defective?

Remote Control is no longer paired to the drone, attempts to re-pair it using the guide provided does not work. The product has not yet been flown, did pair when first unboxed? solution please?

Hi I recently buy an X9P Drone but I face problem with GPS from the beginning, I tried different location and calibration every time but still the same problem SAT show N/A , some times 4-6sat but it loose them quickly and Drone start to fly away. So the results is that it is impossible to fly with GPS activated.

I can personally change the GPS module or upgrade it with a better one, like Beitian or other, please can you help me? I can also program with Arduino if necessary, so less stress to your tech department.

We ordered 2 of these on Amazon. They both seemed to develop the same problem. One of the blades becomes "lazy" and spins loose and slow. The drone cannot be flown.
Is this a problem that can be fixed? Thank you for your response.
