Hi, I purchased the X1 Shuttle in May 2016. I used it maybe 18 flights and it was working fine, but suddenly either the transmitter or receiver failed when I went to use it the next time. I could no longer control the drone beyond 15 feet away. I packed it away because I moved to a new house and forgot about it until now and would like to be able to use the drone. This loss of range problem seems to have been a common problem with the X1 Shuttle. Can you help me with this problem? Thanks, Chris

Good day I hereby wish to inform you that I have purchased one of your JJRC X12 Aurora drones at the A1smartstore on the 3rd of July 2020. Order: 2599 After several successful flights with this drone, it suddenly plunged to the ground at a height of about 15 meters. The front left stool of the landing gear was slightly damaged. Thereafter I had a problem elevating the drone. Although it seems that everything on the drone is intact, I still have a take-off problem. It tilts and spins to the rear left-hand side. The propellers and all the other features work as normal. I have contacted most of the drone technicians in my country, but no one is eager to work on it. I love my drone and you are my last option. Options: 1. Instructions via e-mail how to possibly fix it. 2. Recommend or refer me to a knowledgeable JJRC drone repairer in my country South Africa or 3. I will kindly request you if I can ship the drone to your service or technical department and back at my own cost to be repaired after a quotation given. It will be much appreciated.
