  1. Hello,
    it's dott. Angelo Manni here. I bought a X9P Heron with 4K camera that mechanically works perfect: camera moves correctly, the drone goes up and down, turns correctly and so on.

    My problem.
    Unfortunatly the camera not shoot images or video. If I put my microsd card inside and try to shoot a video, each video has 1k size.
    I can connect with the app Enjoy-Fly v1.3.7 but the camera is black. After few seconds I lost my connection.
    Elettronically it seems everything ok.
    I think this is a firmware problem.
    Can you help me in some way? Thanks.

  2. Front leg lights flash red on startup. Power button blinks blue. Wifi shows up on phone, but cannot connect via app.

  4. I do the compass calb,and on turn 3 the green lights flash quickly. When i do the vertical the lights always stay flashing quickly. I can not make them go on steady. Some times on the third turn the light go from fast to green tor red front and yellow rear. Please help Thanks Don

  5. When the drone is turned on, it should blink quickly for about 3 seconds and then blink 3 times, pause and repeat. However, when I power on the drone, it blinks quickly and then changes to front and rear lights blink slowly alternating front and rear. Now the pairing not possible and remaining set up can not continue. Why doesn't it blink 3 times quickly pause and repeat??

Goodmorning, I bought a JJPro X5 drone (via GearBest); on the fourth flight the drone no longer connects to the remote control; following the instructions the drone does not emit the second connection sound. There is no information about this problem in the instruction booklet. The drone has never fallen or been hit, the problem seems to be related to the connection between the remote control and the drone, can you help me? Thank you

  8. Hello.
    I would ask You what can I do with my drone when camera is not working properly. There was a problem that from time to time there was no signal from camera but one day it stopped and now there is no signal at all. Can I check something by myself? Maybe there is a information how to fix some problems?

  9. We have a latitude boat bought in May 2020. Worked once. Then next time we put it in the water the boat and the controller will not sync. Batteries are all charged. Dried it all off and tried again with different batteries. Same result.

    i bought the drone on jan 2019 with 3 battaries . i used the drone few times. the drone is ok . but all 3 battaries where inflated.
    i am very dissapointed
    i can't use the drone
