Im a first time flyer and have a question. Sometimes the drone flips over and the props keep turning. Is there a emergency shut off on the controller

Unable to start up the drone after turn ON. music played and all the lights is red as suppose to be blue blinking or green once ready . that's not the case as it keep on red light even after 10 miniutes. please help

Bought from banggood.com, the battery charger does not work, and they cant supply a new one, the product is still new and has two batteries that I cannot charge, the charger shows the battery is fully charged, the green light blinks, indicating fully charged, but batteries both not charging
