the enjoyfly app is not available in the play store... as such i cannot fly my drone correctly... can you please provide a link or location to download the enjoy fly app so i can use my new drone..

Remote won’t sync to drone. I’ve flown it probably six times. No issues the first four(first couple of days I had it). After the holiday weekend I can not get it to sync with the remote. I can connect it to my phone and fly it but it doesn’t fly or respond as well.

instructions are very vague to connect to phone. i downloaded app and nothing happens after setting wifi. i am not savvy like most of your customers. Please give me detailed steps to connect to my phone. Thank You.

when are you going to provide your customer a stable and working app available for download? does customer support even mean anything in your company?

DO you have franchise in india ? Are you interested in expanding in India ?
One blade does not rotate in forward or reverse. Was occasional situation. Now not working at all.

I bought JJRC H71 drone from Amazon which I received on 25th June. After receiving the order I went to test it in the park which is next to the riverside. The drone initially lifted from ground after multiple attempts and finally when it lifted the app which was being used to control it got stuck and the drone then went out of control and fell in the river. This is pathetic service and I am feeling cheated and scammed due to poor performance. Request you to look into this on priority and advice on what do I need to do.
