Received my Q70 today withpout the 3.7v Battery. How am I suppose to use this withoput it? You will need to check you records as all I have is the mailer from Yuntu Co., Ltd in Mississauga, Ont. L5P 1B2 211-6500 Silver Dart.

Received my my Q70 today after a very long wait. It arroved with no rechargeable battery #3.7V My order # is: 2014121266037970 The machine is useless without it. Is it coming in another mail?

Purchased this quad Sept. 08/19 but not flown it until yesterday. Once quad is bound, sufficient satellites are shown and it is flying, pressing RTH on transmitter or phone makes the quad rise further into the air. Pressing RTH again makes it stop.. This has happened on all 4 occasions that I have flown. I am trying to get used to this quad so I am keeping it within 30m, but I am afraid that if I were to fly further out or higher and signal loss did occur, the quad would definitely fly away on its own never to be seen again. Please advise what can be done about this product defect.

The drone keeps on drifting even if there is no wind. It cant be calibrated. i read the manual...follow every steps but still the drone is so unstable and uncontrollable. the app doesnt help either. very disappointed with my purchase.

There are 2 methods of ulocking the motors,,in method 2 while the 2 joysticks are place both in the corners to middle of the remote control it does not ulocking or not functioning..and the other issue is when the throttle is a little bit up during unlock of motors when pressing the auto take off,the motors shut down...kindly send me your details on this issues and i am very appriciated...thanks...

I am unable to pair the remote to the drone. I follow the manual instructions to push the left accelerator stick forward and then back. There is a beep and then remote light stops flashing but the drone light continues to flash.

The drone in flight caught the grass rolled over and fell to the ground from a small height. Nothing is broken. All propellers work. However, the drone cannot take off anymore, constantly turning over. Calibration does not help.

机器人质量问题第一次腿断了返修，要求支付往返邮费及维修费，第二次突然不发声音了，其他活动都正常，微信公众号联系返修，邮件6月19日已显示签收，至今已有10天，其他多次问询情况，公众号客服未给与回复，期间24号回复当天寄出，迟迟未收到所以今天再次联系，反馈维修了机臂需要支付20元+12元邮费，问询声音喇叭在头部为什么维修机臂，有什么关联性，未给与专业回复，也提供不出维修清单，对此表示质疑，结果客服说安排给机器人复原原样寄回，请问这是贵司解决问题的方法吗？所以的沟通记录均有凭证，望贵司妥善处理此事，另本人不排除追究期间造成的经济损失及其他相应损失。若贵司不能妥善处理此事，我将通过其他渠道进行投诉维权。谢谢！
