I need a new balance bar assembly as the screw above the upper blades has stripped and the blades will not turn any more. Not impressed with the quality of the helicopter.

I cannot get the remote to connect to the drone. Lights on the drone continue to flash yellow very quickly. I have followed the instructions however this problem persists. Can someone please help.

I am having a hard time to connect to app and stay connected. The only way for me to get it to connect to the app is to shut down the phone, then restart the phone, then restart the app. Sometimes this does not even work. Also sometimes in flight the app disconnects for no reason, some times when I try to take a picture when I press the button it disconnects. Any help would be great. Thanks

Received this as a winter holiday gift, but weather did not permit use until now, so this is the first time I've assembled it. The camera plug will not fit into the hole for it on the drone body. Also, my phone does not detect the device wifi address. I have no idea if these things are related. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I bought the jjrc epik drone less than 2 weeks ago, at first this drone worked as advertised. Then on 6/22/20 I was flying it when the drone going up down left and right by itself. I got the drone under control and landed it, i had to pry the battery out of the drone, to find the battery all sweld up and unusable, i am not even sure the drone work anymore.any help would greatly be appreciated.
