I can’t seem to sync the drone with the remote control and can’t locate the Wi-Fi

Hello, I had purchased this product and I cannot pick up the drone wifi on my phone and connect. This is not showing up at all. Is there particular phones that I can purchase that will find the wifi from the drone on the phone. I have been looking everywhere for these phones that are compatible with JJRC and I still have not found the correct phones.

Does this drones camera have a gimbal

Hi, my blue crab drone will power up with full battery charge then will flash to indicate low battery power and not fly, battery is fully charged
What can I do ?

I have a 5g Phone and the drone has wifi issues where I cannot connect to it, also the camera does weird moment and does not keep stable. Banggood refuses to respond in a timely manner. This occurred right out of the box within hours of receiving it.

Hello I just received my new drone from amazon today but noticed that one of the 2 battery is not charging I guess 1 of the battery are faulty.
I do really like the drone so I do not wanna send it back to amazon do amazon got just spare battery

It is smoking when I put the battery and only one motor is working.It also cannot off by the remote's control.
