Hello,
I am not sure who will get this message, however the 1st day I fly the drone, it was too windy and just started flying so high by it self.
It went really far away and I lost sight of it, I have no idea where it went. This made me really upset because I did not even fly the drone for 2 minutes.
I want to be able to write a 5 STAR REVIEW on AMAZON, but I have no product. I am prepared to market this product for you in a positive light, but can not do so without the item.
Is it possible for you to send me another drone as it was faulty and flew so high and far away.
I appreciate your consideration, I am going to be buying 4 drones for my niece & nephew. If i can test this one out and I like it, I will buy 4 more.

Hello,
I was taking my drone out for its first flight, after reading the operation manual and watching youtube tutorials, I felt confident in my ability to maneuver the drone without a problem. Once I had connected my phone, I went through the start-up phase and ensured the light had turned green. I then pressed the one key take-off button; the aircraft then proceeded to take off to about 5 meters in height and fly away without any ability for me to control the drone. It flew over a kilometre away into a densely wooded forest, and we were unable to locate the drone. I am very saddened as this was a graduation present from my father; we are both unable to afford another drone. I am writing to express my sadness and request a replacement as I believe this was due to a drone malfunction.

I have several of your military RC vehicles, and I am very happy, but I have a problem with one of them. I have a problem with the remote control for my RC Q65 vehicle. The steering wheel mechanism is broken.
A few months ago I bought the vehicle. It was a Christmas gift 2019. I bought it at Banggood.com in November.
I want to know if you have a warranty, or if i can buy a replacement remote control.
I really like this vehicle and I would like to be able to repair it to continue enjoying it.
