Drone stopped working after one month after purchase. Shows light blue light after startup, startup check does not complete chime. Different blue light than normal startup blue light is on.

I Purchased a JJRC H71 when I got it I looked it up online to see the reviews and the specs I looked on the website and it says it have 1 key RETURN But I doesn’t Show me where that is I’ve looked at the manuals 10 Times and nothing so I didn’t know when I got it that is didn’t have 1 key return (Ps: The drone has scratches on it) But so I would either like a drone with it or something please respond ASAP

I wrote you a couple of days ago about my epik drone that I have had for about 2 weeks, and the battery blew up well flying. I had to pry the battery out due to it sweld up so much, i am not even positive that the drone didnt get damaged.you repied saying someone would write back but i have yet to hear anything.Thank you for your time.

I am unable to download an app to operate this drone. I am unable to scan the qr code that is with the manual and I had used the c fly app for a short time but this is no longer available in my region. Any suggestions would be really helpful
