Could be product problem, could be app... Just do not know. I am unable to get the app and controller and drone to work together. I followed the instructions precisely and it never works. I connect my phone's Wi-Fi to the drone and launch the app and maybe one time out of 20 the app will actually connect. But the other 19 times it simply says the app and the drone are not "bound". The one time it did work, I got into the app and it asked to switch to the controller Wi-Fi, which I did. At that point the app at least connected to the drone and showed me what the camera saw, however the controller was completely unable to do anything with the drone. One touch take-off would not work, manual take-off would not work.
As a side frustration, the documentation says nothing about the word bind or bound. I understand there is probably a language barrier issue there, but it is really some of the worst documentation I have ever seen in English.
So far this has been the most frustrating purchase I have ever made. I know the shipping part is not your fault, but I ordered this drone originally for a trip I was going to take. The trip was 2 weeks after I ordered. And of course it then took over 2 months to get here. Now it is here and simply will not work. I'm sure you can understand the frustration in this.
So I either need technical support and get this working together consistently or i need you to tell me how to return this (I have no faith in Tomtop).

Ordered the Q70 with 3 batteries from Gearbest. I received all but the batteries and have no way of running the toy with my kids. This is absurd. Unless the 3 batteries are coming in a seoperate package although the manual (Chinese only) shows the battery should have been in the box.
