What can I do with your x12 drone that won't pair with its controller? The RC HobbyFly store will not refund my money, nor help to resolve the issue. I suspect that they are selling failed x12 drones that you sold off as bad inventory. Is there any recourse with JJRC, or should I just buy DJI product in the future? Thanks in advance for your help.

Audio is so low all the time and staticky at times.

Only the one side blades are working. The entire cad lights up but on the blades on the left work. I did a calibration reset and still doesn’t work.

After calibration and everything, the handcontroller tells me the front is the back and the back is the front. and it also behaves like thatt. making it unflyable. is there a way to reset the drone??
