Drone doesn't connect to phone and WiFi doesn't show up I phone

The drone is not connecting to my phone and WiFi dose not show up on phone and doesn't connect

Need to make a better plug that dose have the wires come out from the plug that connects to the battery's for the wire was pulled out right after the battery was filled with power and I have not been able to charge any of the battery's since the cord for charging the battery's was that the wire came out of the plug which need to include to a plug for the wall as well which for baby Elfie did not have it with! I have a couple of Jjrc drones
The two batteries on my jjrcx12 drone have swollen they were not over charged and were left in carry case over winter in a cool location
The drone is two years old
Can I buy replacement batteries at a cheaper price
