even after all the correct calibrations ( horizontal and vertical ) my drone does not fly straight and just crashes. I also put both joystick down to the right hand corner. Does not hover on its own - just takes off and crashes Help!

Is there a factory reset function with this drone? I do all the correct calibrations but the drone just goes crazy and crashes.

Connection issues with JJRC x12 Auroa drone/controller
With the drone powered off, the controller boots up with both lights green, as if it connected to the drone, but it cannot be connected because the drone is off. Then when I power the drone on it does not connect to the controller. The connection also fails if I power the drone on first, then the controller. I am running on an Android system, version 11.
1) Are there any frim ware updates available for the drone or the controller? 2) EnjoyFly is no longer available on Google Play and so I downloaded EnjoyFly2 app. Should I be using this app or a different one?
