Hi. I bought a drone jrch39 Cygnus. Although I have calibrated the joystick, when raising the height, the drone always takes off backwards. Is there a way to calibrate the gyroscope or what could be the cause of the failure? Thanks. Jorge

My JJRC H8DH did not come with a 3.7 volt LiPo battery as stated on the box. Also, I would like to find out how I can order at least four additional batteries because one battery only lasts about 10 minutes so I need at least 4 to 6 spare batteries in order to keep the Drone in use without having to stop and wait 30 minutes to recharge a battery

I am trying to connect via wifi but there is no "JJRC-#####" at the smartphone's search. I tried from 2 different smartphones (xiaomi Mi Max2 and Iphone 6)
What i have to do???

I bought a drone Blue Crab and I am using your Android software v1.5.8 but I can not control the drone because It starts ascending and ascending and ascending without control. Why?

I found a solution but It is not a lógic solution. If I select ON, Altitud Hold, and 360 flip más the Drone fly very well and the software works aparently normal.
