I gave Cady-Wida to my son for a present. He loves it so much. The next day, the wheels on one side stopped working. We tried recharging and restarting. They still do not work.
Please let me know if you can replace this robot. He only got to play with it for one day.
I bought it from Amazon. We are in the United States.

Cant fly and i need to know how to put in the sd card so i can record

To whom it may concern, i bought the Blue Crab foldable drone and have rolled the instructions for charging the battery and it won't charge. no light comes on nothing happens so i would like a replacement battery so the i may enjoy the drone. please let me know thnks.

Hello JJRC, on my drone a propeller does not work anymore. I suspect that the problem lies with the engine, because not even the engine does not turn inside. Can I solve this problem at home? I am waiting for an answer. Thank you

My JJRC SOL foldable drone is working great with the provided controller.

However, when I connect my iPhone to the JJRC Wifi network (which connects good), the JJRC iOS application can read the model number, but when I press the connect button I do not see the video feed from the drone and I cannnot control it from the iOS application. I have tried the application on 2 different iPhones (iPhone 7 and iPhone 10) and they both behave the same way. Note: I used the QR code to ensure I downloaded the correct application.

I suspect the drone is faulty. Please help.

Drone H43WH does not charge up, and, what little charge it seems to have only allows for five(5) minutes of fiddling around trying to get it to connect with android before it dies.
It sat on charger for 90 mins as advised, it is supposed to operate from mobile, but consistently advises no internet connection. (using nexus5) two others downloaded app onto their phones with same issues
Basically speaking seems to be a piece of "con shit", have had three people trying to operate it ALL drone owners, and, all advise; something ain't right with it.
Need answers or you can have the frikkin thing back and I'll have my money back.

Hello - I just used the drone for the first time yesterday. Today, one of the propellers is not working. It appears to be from the motor and not the propeller itself. The other three propellers work fine. How can this be fixed?
