The proplem is the car dont drive reverse no reaction from the controler and the Car.
Ann sugsession to solve the problem? Any ideas !

I purchased the drone (JJR/C NO. H31-C) in Croatia, but there is no camera in the box. When I purchased it I expected that camera will be included, because it is pictured on the box.
My intention of writing to you is to check did somebody (distributor) possibly took the camera away from the original package. The possibility (or the need) of the separate purchase was not presented.

For the rest, we are satisfied with the drone. It looks and works perfect and precisely what we need at this moment, besides the camera related things, what we are considering pity regarding the drone potential possibilities we were expecting to enjoy.

My sons each received a JJRC H36 for Christmas this year (these products were purchased for them by a family member who lives 2400 miles away). The lithium battery and charger for one of the units does not function. What can I do?

Just received. After input of 2 AAA batteries, Joystick seems to respond appropriately per instructions. However, getting NO led light from drone, no response, no turning of blades.

Can you advise the meaning of the four lamps flashing first slowly and then fast. Is this an indication of battery use?
