Hi, I cant get any start on the motors. The lights are on but no movement at all. I follow the instructions but just not starting.

Your product is “awesome!”...But, while trying a “second charging” the USB adapter failed to respond correctly. I understand a good “business model”. Which includes; “thin margins” on supporting “pertinent devices” like battery chargers, but, a “one time use” is a terrible percentage. Is it possible to purchase another USB adapter? Sincerely, Craig K...an otherwise, satisfied customer.

My son received H36 mini quad, X0018RBKYP for Christmas and although I have reviewed the manual and troubleshooting tips as well as some online youtube videos explaining the pairing, I can not seem to get it to pair no matter what I have tried. I tried, charging the battery for 60 minutes, changed the batteries on the remote, then once the mini is on and flashing I turn on the remote and do as instructed, up then down, it does beep, I try again and also try the 45 degree angle as instructed and for some reason it just wont pair, the lights stay blinking. Can you provide me with any other troubleshooting tips? And if not, how can I get a replacement?

Hola. Recientemente he comprado un dron jjrc h20h y no consigo controlarlo. El dron de repente sube sin control y se golpea contra el techo de la habitación. Tampoco hace caso a el joystick de la dirección. Mi pregunta es: si esto tiene solución o debo solicitar la devolución del dron. Gracias.
