Does not callabrate 1st problem when it was on the could not control got stopped by tree and drop down

This drone had a mind of its own. One day it would be great but most days it would lift off and within 15 feet it would fly away on its own heading. I tried to contact customer service several times through the email you provide and no one ever returned my emails. I also left voice mails and no one ever responded to them either. I will not be suggesting any of your products to anyone. If someone asks me about them I will talk them out of buying your product.

I'm a beginner first off. But here is a suggestion.. I didn't know what TF card was. I figured it out with Google though. On the drone I bought, the manual isn't explicit about where the TF card (memory card) is installed. I think I figured it out but a photo in the manual would have helped.
Does this drone need WiFi or is it just using the WiFi on the phone???
In the directions for the headless mode, again a picture of how the drone is situated to the remote in order to use headless mode would help.
Again please don't take these suggestions wrong.
I'm a complete beginner.

Camera has stopped rotating, still working as camera but doesn't do 160° rotation
