Hi, I recently received a JJRC X6, Aircus drone
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with it
I flew the drone over a lake and, all of a sudden, lost power and fell in the water.
I was surprised as the battery was fully charge and it did not warned me in any way.
I do not want to write a bad review about your product before I contact you and find a solution together.

This transporter is having problems pairing with the controller. It at this point is not pairing at all and will not function and the light on the controller only blinks and the lights on the truck sometimes blink. Also we have turned off all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in our home and it still does not work.

while trying to register for the application and use of photo and video on the drone, I continually get the error message, “request timed out”.

I like this little drone and would really like to be able to take pictures and video. Can you please help?
