Been flying drone fine but now cannot get it to connect to the app.

Just received New, DOA, only left front motor spins after binding, charged all, tried both batteries, charged transmitter again to be sure, did both calibrations each time, still not working. Note all motors feel the same with power off. The motors don't feel stuck.

My remote controller is stuck in mode 1 and as per instruction book it will not go back into mode 2. it is about 60 days old. What can i do. Please help. Thanks Don
