I bought your JJRC X12 Aurora drone. It seems very nice, except I can't fly it. I bought a new phone that is suppose to support 5g wifi, an LG Q70, it will not connect to the controller at 5g. Do you have any information on what I might do. I can't afford to keep buying phones just to see if they will work with this drone. Do you have a list of known phones that work in North American, specifically in Michigan, USA.. Thank You. Please respond to this message.

Got red flashing lights on my drone.In app say check battery so i buy 2 new batteries but same problem exists.I dont know what to do.Drone pairs with controler and phone.On app i have video and i move cam with controler but it always say check battery.Can you help me.Tnx.

My son received the Baby Shark RC Boat for a gift and it doesn't work at all. The battery has been fully charged and nothing happens. Please advise what we can do or try to get the item operational.

When drone is turned on the front red lights and back green lights are steady color. The remote shows No satillites The app does not appear in the wifi list. I have used tge drone before and now it does not work at all

I bought two of this same boat and neither are working at all not even for a minute. The light shows red that it’s fully charged and the remote has brand new batteries and still nothing. Please tell me why both do not work
