I have two JJRC M02. I love your products and I would like to purchase your future products. One of JJRC M02 had a quality issue. One servo (Elevon) & linkage were broken when I received it. In addition, transmitter switch did not function properly. Please let me know how I should proceed. Bangood refunded 5000 yen for fixing the servo and the linkage.

We opened the package, plugged in the battery, and started the preflight calibration. After just five minutes, The propellers are stuck in the on position and the helicopter won’t turn off unless you unplug the battery. Please help!

Im upset with this product. Within 72 hours of purchasing this drone one of the motors broke. It was landed in grass and immediately after the back right motor stopped operating. Please let me know how you can help resolve this matter.
