The Videos on the SD will not play back.

Hi, last night I wrote letting you know I lost my drone when it went out of control. Today I found it and it is in decent shape. I did start it up and flew it about a meter above the ground and was able to test it. However, I'm not confident that it will fly correctly, and am worried about it flying out of control. Do you have anyone that can assist me with getting my drone to fly correctly?

Hi I had bought the h68 drone off of amazon and I had for about a week and one of the propeller won’t spin I have tried to replace it and it won’t spin if you could please email me back at matthewabbatiello@gmail.com to help fix this issue.

The car will not go forward without a little push to get it started. it will not go into reverse at all. Any ideas on how to fix? everything else works.

Back right rear motor will not turn on. This occurred the very time the drone was started. After repeated attempts, the motor eventually turned on, but does not operate at the same speed as other 3 motors and caused drone not to fly. Additionally, after removing drone from packaging inspection revealed the back left propeller was bent. What can your company do to replace what appears to be a defective product? Thanks in advance for your help.

I'm from Chile, South America. I am start a little business for delivery medicine with drone. I was see your catalog and i find drones for agricultural applications. Have you a drone that can i adjust for that application?
For me is relevant that drone it can lift 6 kg and to fly 5 km arround the origin, GPS, camera and a system to let drop the objetc in specified point.

I can no longer calibrate the gps compass thru the app. I can connect to the controllers wifi, can see the camera picture thru the app. When I go to calibrate option in the app, nothing happens. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. I am using the cfly app since the enjoy fly app was no longer available. Please help

I purchased the X12 in mid-March and was very happy with it. However, in the last few flights, I've lost control of the drone and it flies unresponsive until it crashes. Today I lost the drone as it failed to respond and flew into the woods and I haven't found it. I looked on line and didn't find any reports on this issue so I'm not sure if the one I got was dud, but as a 12 year old it is really disappointing.
