Lose of connection between my iphone 6s and drone camera when flying over about 100 metres

Remote quit working and the water sensor on the boat doesn't work properly after only 2 times of use.

Dear JJRC Crew,
the X12 is my second Drone from JJRC and I'm very happy with the quality of your Drones. But I have one suggestion: When you power on the Drone, it begins beeping. It would be very nice, if you can start the sounds from the controller. I had lost mine for about one week in the woods and searched every day more than three hours. If the controller can start the beeper, I'm sure I had found my Drone X12 in less than a few minutes :)

I don't see the wifi for the drone on my mobile and blu light flashing.
When I open the app the is no video

Tried everything, The drone lights blue and green continue to flash. The remote control is NOT connecting to drone.
Phone app is connecting and see camera, but controls to drone are not working.

刚开始的时候几个电机都可以正常正作，过了一会儿第二个电机就不转了，检查一下也没有东西缠绕

I had a jjrc x3 and several months ago lost it but still have the remote control my question is can the remote control be recalibrated to control my new jjrc x5 epik?

If so can you give me instructions on how to do it?
