Product describes one key press up and down but ı can not find it. This makes this drone uncontrolled. You make such a good product and disappointing with finding futures.

After many flights with the drone with no problem, I've tried to flight with it. I have 4 batteries, all of them fully charged (I've tested voltage and the app shows 100%, so the problem is not there), I calibrate the drone, receiving the corresponding beeps, green and red lights on as always, good GPS coverage (12 satellites), but when I try to start, it just does nothing. The motors do not start.
I thank if you have known of similar issues and how to solve it.

Dear, I´ve bought a Drone JJRC aircus X6 and I need the manual of instructions, with the informations about all itens visible in the app JJRC TST. I also would like to know wether the JJRC is the best android for Aircus X6 or not, and what would be the best? Thank you.

Hi I've had my Epik for a few weeks and flown it 6 times. Absolutely love it and the pictures i have taken. I was flying it last night and noticed 4 red flashing lights come on at around 60 metres high. I instantly started to bring her down. To my horror she just flipped over violently and powered full speed into the ground. The camera completely smashed off and all 4 blades bent.I fitted the new ones. I think the motors are out of alignment to. It wont fly at all now and just flys off at an acute angle. I,m so disappointed after spending an age researching the best drone as a beginner and just getting 6 flights. . I followed all the set up instructions to the letter and she worked perfectly until this sudden event. I was hoping to get many hours of fun and obviously not anymore is there anyway you could help me? sending it to US from UK is so expensive. Do you have UK distributor? and finally What the hell made it do that? :-) Kind regards Steve Jones

Please advise where the recorded videos and images are stored and retrieved. I have found some on the app on my phone, however have recorded many that I assumed were saving to the SD card inserted, however this is not happening yet the images are being recorded and stored somewhere unknown. There is now way of me changing the image storage settings within the app.

Hello, I purchased the JJRC X9 Heron about a month ago. I was flying it the other day and the drone started to go out of control. It landed hard on its own and the camera broke off the drone. How do I get this taken care of through my warranty? Thanks

I have a recently purchased X9P Heron. It works well but the Enjoy-Fly app is not working. When I open the app I do not get the start flying screen even though I am connected to the controllers WiFi network. It only allows the option for interactive view. I have tried installing and reinstalling the app several times. If this problem cannot be resolved I will be returning the drone. Can you provide assistance?
