I need urgent to obtain (get) the serial number of my drone JJRC X9 to register it in my country. How can I find this number?

I think is a reset problem but I have not control of the drone.. The drone wifi does not appear on the phone wifi list. The controller wifi does appear but there is no control over the drone with it even in manual mode. Is there a fix for this? .

i bought the JJRC X6 Aircus product from banggood.com on 29/02/2020 and delivered on 16/03/2020.
But due to the lockdown caused by COVID.19 I couldn't test it before last week.

I have a problem that I can't solve, i.e. the gimbal on the Y axis does not adjust always remains oblique (looking at it from the front it is oblique to the right).
The gimbal adjusts itself on the X axis by pointing the camera up or down by the remote control but always remains oblique.

Do I have to ask for the replacement of the gimbal under warranty or is there any adjustment to be made?

I'm with a JJRC X9P drone and I realize that his application fails a lot including (Enjoy_Fly) or several drops of this model here in Brazil and the suspicion of a strong oscillation in the batteries. The spare receiver board I received is marked as "V2" and is slightly different from the original board. The quadcopter semms to wokr properly, but it is impossible to bind with the original radio. H31 purchased in 2019.
